Process ::

First we will meet with you at your home to discuss your project, to obtain site dimensions and layout, as well as take some digital photos of the project area and surroundings so as to help select the right products for your project.  We will be very attentive to your desires, paying particular attention to the details and will listen to you so as to better understand your needs for style and design.

Next we will prepare a site plan and hardscape design for you to review.  We will sit down with you to discuss the site plan and explain everything to you so that you have a full understanding of what everything means as well as what will be involved with the project.

Once the site design/plan is approved by you we will make arrangements to have the materials delivered to your home on the day and time that is most convenient for you.  We also can assist you with making the necessary equipment rental arrangements so that you get the right equipment for the right amount of time.  We also will supply you with detailed plans and instruction for installation so that you have a tangible resource to refer to as you move through the different stages of your project.

At this point you will be ready to begin your project and should you have any questions, just know that we are no more than a phone call away.  During installation you may run into an unforseen situation that needs our attention... we will be glad to stop by and evaluate and advise as occasions may need that attention.
